Access to justice is a vital human right, though widely abused.

The ugly truth is that even best legal achievements of mankind won’t work without legal fees.

The Article 8 The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) states that “Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.”

We are witnessing how governments abuse powes by setting up taxes for citizens for them not to have their 15 minutes in court and excessive demands for their representatives to be costly lawyers in all and every matter against the state. That is a striking example how financial barriers are utilised to deprive underfunded wannabe litigants of what is clearly said about their rights as humans in the Universal Declaration.

Pro bono representations around the world is still in its early stages and is not available to the public.

The Fund is commited to ensure legal remedies vs. this harsh type of abuse, not “merely” with a view to make people’s life better, but for them to share the same legal comfort they are entitled to from birth, without having to come from HNWI families.

We don’t accept unsolicited calls. To discuss your matter please leave a message.
